Perhaps we should consider going patriotic for this 4th of July and praise the red, the white and the bag.

In the true spirit of Independence Day here at Handbag Designer 101, we decided that we should celebrate exactly who we are - Independent Designers.

Please note that we fully support the accessories market of all brands and recognize that primarily handbags, remain the bread and butter to most companies.

That said, we take serious pride that we are still the only place where designers and handbag enthusiasts alike can come and find the most unique and creative bags that they most likely wouldn't find anyplace else. We feel that these designers deserve a creative platform to feature their bags and show that you don't need to be a major brand with a million dollar budget behind you to be the next 'it' bag and we are here to make sure that happens.
