This winter is a very celebrity driven season and the colors are especially impacted by celeb looks. Gray is a hot color in boots, jackets, sweaters, and vintage t-shirts. Red is also a color to consider when trying to spice up a great outfit to give a bit of attitude and spunk to your style. Changing your style around is key this winter to personalize your everyday technique dressing. I personally always go for a look that is slightly different so I don’t look like the girl standing next to me on the subway. Its okay to look different and trendy is definitely inspiring to me but it’s important to add your own special twist to have your personality come through. Adding rusty orange boots while wearing all black was something I recently tried and it showed much character because rust colored boots is daring and unique, which is the image I was trying to portray.

Be your own person this winter and customize your style in a pair of great shoes, handbag, or even a funky jacket. Re-inventing past trends is also a wonderful way to keep a look from the past with a slight update. Be the look you’re trying to express and confidence, trends, charisma and personality will always shine through.
