It’s been some time since I have been on “vacation”. However, that doesn’t mean
a little weekend away isn’t just as relaxing and rejuvenating. Recently I was
asked to get away for a ‘weekend” which was really longer then Sat. and Sun. -
me being the work addict I couldn’t do it. – But it made think, if I was going
to go was I ready?
As a lady who goes with the wind, I am always prepared. I keep an emergency bag
in my trunk (ya know, panties, toothbrush, change of clothes, blow dryer, etc.)
Then I realized I better get my weekender bag ready.
Did you stop breathing? I did on our first featured bag. The Gucci Duffle Bag
priced at $1995 – the brown GG washed cotton is so soft looking I want to
sleep on it. This carry on is perfect for throwing in a couple of pairs of
sandals, bikinis, and dresses for at night. The less you pack the better,
weekend getaways really are for the least amount of clothes possible.. lol
Do you suffer from OCD like me? Everything should have a place and the same
theory should apply when traveling. You will see celebs like Jennifer Aniston
carrying her id, passport, credit cards etc. in the adorable Geo Travel
Wallet, priced at $35. This is so easy to carry and comes in a variety of
colors.
If its not broke then don’t fix it… that is my motto which is why I always go
back to Louie. The bags are timeless and worth every missed meal to pay for it.
The Louis Vuitton Monogram Canvas Carryall, priced at $1190. There is
really nothing better then getting on a jet, plane, or helicopter with this
little bag filled with all your pretty little personal items and heading to
somewhere tropical.
So always be prepared my ladies you never know where an afternoon will take you…
