Executive Assistant needed for Bag Manufacturer
BabyDish Inc. seeks an executive/personal assistant who will also act as office manager for BabyDish, creator of the BabyBeReady Diaper Bag Survival kit and the Dish-n-Dat Travel/cosmetic bag. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years administrative support experience with Strong computer and technical proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
Seeking a go-getter, someone who is willing to help in anyway. Must have good phone manner. Must feel comfortable taking care of the office. when president is on business calls and trips. Must be very business savvy and work without a lot of direction.
Job is located in Encino, CA boutique office. .
Responsibilities include:
Keeping track of product inventory
Working with QuickBooks to send out and track invoices to customers
Daily Packing and shipping orders
Ordering products and supplies
Some deliveries and some purchasing outside of the office
All filing
Keeping track of press and working with web designer and graphic artist
Answering and returning phone calls
Making copies and faxing
Working with sales reps and their inventory
Helping with product sourcing and production in bag
Keeping and adding to contact list on outlook
Billing and accounting
Setting up appointments for president
Hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday. Pay is $15 an hour but can be negotiated depending on experience. Vacation after 7 months. Benefits can be negotiated after one year.

Strong organizational and follow-thru skills.
Effective communicator, both verbally and written.
Positive attitude, proactive, resourceful and flexible.
Strong people skills, answering customers questions and relaying sales inquiries to sales reps .
Superior attention to detail.
Ability to take initiative and work with minimum supervision.
Pack and ship bags the correct way. Familiarity to ups.com
Keep up with a very BUSY day.
A self starter who rolls with the punches.
