What country are your bags manufactured?: Mongolia

Please explain how your bags are socially responsible?: profits of the bags go into a fund which is managed by a VSO manager who I trust in Mongolia. The women who I work with can then use this money for their children's education, extra food and fuel during the winter and generally to give them a sense of independence

Why did you choose this country to have your bags made and what made you decided to give back?: I met the women by chance on a holiday in Mongolia

How have your bags impacted this community?: They have given the women the sense of independence. They choose how and where the money is spent without any pressure from their husbands.

What is your design philosophy?: My products tell a story. Of the people who make them, traditional skills used and country of origin
