Born and raised in Florida, and now raising my own family in Sarasota, I’m what people call a “True Floridian.” As you can imagine, I have spent countless days at a beach, by a pool, or on a boat… Sun, sand and water all go hand in hand in the Sunshine State.

My line got started after many years of wanting to start my own business but never having the guts to quit my job as a pharmaceutical sales rep. I spend so much time at the beach, pool and gym and never found that perfect bag that could do it all.  Hayden Reis was born from the idea that just because I was in a bathing suit or cover up (or even doing “mom” errands or at the gym) I still wanted to be stylish… functional, but stylish. I wanted a true carry-all bag that could take me anywhere and make eyes turn. A bag that could take sunscreen leaks, my kids snack crumbs and it had to have pockets galore for my endless supply of “stuff.” Hayden Reis launched Memorial Day weekend. I decided in January to resign from my job to start Hayden Reis. In March I found my manufacturer and by Memorial Day weekend my website launched and products were being sold all around the world. I have been working harder than ever but my hard work is paying off. I have 9 retail locations carrying my line and continue to grow. My Ecommerce site will go live early July. Hayden Reis bags are sold in gyms, retail boutiques and high end hotel gift shops.

What makes Hayden Reis bags so unique is that they are made of some of the highest quality Dacron sailcloth in the country. That means they are super durable, water & sand resistant, lightweight and come in a variety of beautiful colors. Each bag has been carefully assembled and sewn by hand in the USA. Hayden Reis bags are very bright and whimsical in design. There are 8 different designs and huge variety of colors available.  In fact, Hayden Reis was contacted last week by IMG Fashion in NYC. They asked me to design 250 VIP gift bags for the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Miami Swim Show in July. Hayden Reis will be the official VIP gift bag for the show!

My greatest achievement in this process has been hearing all of the reason why all of the women who have a Hayden Reis bag love their bags! I love seeing all of the photos women post ofwhere they are with their bags on Facebook. Its great to hear people tell me they how many people compliment them on their Hayden Reis.
