| 1. | I would love to buy a bag. I am crazy about supporting a new designer. My daughter wants to be a designer. She is only twelve but is always cutting up stuff and putting crazy stuff together to come up with something fabulous. I want one of your bags yesterday!!!! Creativity is amazing. I hope you are wildly successful. - Denese from Texas, December 30, 2009. |

| I'm a Texan who has been in the fashion industry for 8+
years. My bags are unique in many ways: the different hardware, the details, and
the contrasting leathers and treatments. My line is in it's 4th year of
existence and I see good things happening this year.
Most often I use leather because I target the luxury market. My target age range
is 25-55 years of age. My inspiration comes from a number of things: looking
through architectural digest, running through the city and seeing all kinds of
objects...shapes...etc., going to home depot, checking out an art gallery....I
could go on and on. I believe the uniqueness of my bags are the different
details I use....try to focus on things that I have not seen on the market
before, and if I have, I try to tweak a bit.
First of all, I designed watchbands in high school that became rather popular.
So when I was suspended from college my first year I packed my things up and
moved to Dallas to attend fashion school. That is when my thoughts and dreams
started with this business and my own label. One of a kind pieces with different
leather treatments as well as unique hardware.
My first semester in fashion school...I would say the whole semester was a
nightmare. Did not know how to sew, I found pattern making difficult, and just
the whole process of a garment from start to finish was a little overwhelming to
me. However, things have changed quite a bit since then. My greatest
achievement is not giving up. This is a tough business to break into and I
believe I am finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
