My name is Johanna Boccardo and I am the Executive Creative Director of Beautiful People. We are a family business, and as such, our goal is to create a legacy of our own to share with the young and the young at heart women of the world. It is our objective to provide you with only the finest quality goods in traditional silhouettes ideally styled to complement your wardrobe, your lifestyle and beyond. I have brought years of experience in the design field to the table. I have been fortunate in becoming a renowned children's books illustrator, a jewelry designer and have just found a great passion for fine leather accessories. I continue to persevere in my eclectic approach to fashion. My unique take on the new “un-classical-classics” and my drive to have each bag serve a function as well as solve a comfort and style issue for the multitasking woman of the 21st century, is exactly what gives my designs its stand-out look and feel.

A Beautiful People bag is for the modernly, dynamic and fashionable woman who works hard and plays even harder. She is smart and sophisticated but would like to carry something different from mainstream fashion, nothing overtly trendy or iconic will do. Something timeless and classic but with a twist to it is more appealing to her and quality, of course, is of the utmost importance.

In regards to design nightmares, let's just say we have had so many ideas in so little time... However, Even though we are in the first stages as a brand, we already rejoice in foreseeing Beautiful People as a grand and lasting project. Casual? Dressy? Romantic? Functional? We don’t know, it’s up to you. What are you in the mood for? All we can tell you is they are just beautifully different.
