Story:
Pumpkin Primrose is a sister team company based in a small rural whitewashed village in Andalucia. Our company came about last summer after we were invited to a large grand wedding and being unable to find a bag to co-ordinate with our dresses. With only days to spare and having a picture in our minds of exactly what we wanted to create we made our first Pumpkin Primrose bags and ended up taking orders from other guests at the wedding.
From there it took off in a big way much to our delight with our market tending to be people who genuinely want a unique bespoke item of the highest quality that won't be seen on anyone else's arm. We managed to source wool of the highest quality which felts absolutely beautifully and are the most adorable colours. We now design two ranges: our Essentials -our smaller special occasion bags and our Pumpkin Primrose Label, which we are loving, these bags feature individual linings and semi precious jewels such as Amethyst and Black Lava Stone to correspond with each unique bag.
Most of our customers choose to have a bespoke bag made and we take great pleasure in advising on colours and design before we make their bag. We have customers who return time and time again and we wouldn't like to comment on how many they have in their collection!!
To date we have had no design nightmares although we have received some particularly scary colour requests!! We do our upmost to advise clients but their decision is final. We have recently featured in the Childline Fashion Show and received an overwhelming response. We are in the process of launching our spectacular Pumpkin Primrose Wedding Range. Our greatest achievement is seeing people wearing our bags, what could be nicer. |
