I am a Multi-Disciplinary Designer from San Francisco, that live and work in Paris France since 1999. I have 2 companies, Ardephwerk (www.ardephwerk.fr) started in 2002 in Paris France (Design Studio) and now Rajul Paris (www.rajul.fr) since 2006. My mark, Rajul Paris is growing nice and slow, just the way I like it.

I love textures… textures is in everything, everywhere. I use a lot of elegance textures fabrics with finish touches of bijoux (jewelry). My bags are made in small batches of limited-edition combinations of colors and fabrics to honor the uniqueness and enter beauty of all who carry them. My bags mainly consist of leather, silk, and other elegant materials that are fabric rich in textures and jewelry

I love handbags and I wanted something unique & creative where as not everyone will and have the same thing. By me having a design background, also have client in the Fashions Industry. At the end, I am thinking, why not?!  I don’t follow trends nor seasons. I’m more of a right-here, right-now person, who creates on every medium. For me, I consider my Rajul Paris not as a trend follower but as a trend-creator.  (We as in YOU & ME) everyone has a role in the creative process. For the record, I haven't had a nightmare story as of yet, knock on wood!

Recently, I had a meeting with the owner of a boutique in Sceaux, France, and during my meeting, the owner brought out my handbags. They were comparing me to a local handbag designer here in Paris (being a designer I hate to be compare because I feel that we are all Unique...) During our discussion, the owner said to me and I quote: "L’autre designer as des joli sacs à main mais la votre ça se voir qu’il y a du vrai créa, c’est beau!" This translates to "the other designer has attractive handbags but yours are both creative & beautiful!" Hearing someone say that to me on something that I created left me in a state of wow and definitely makes it all worth it.
