| Celebrity Bag Watch: Heidi Montag: BIRKIN BORROW OR STEAL |
Oy vey. Heidi's public moaning that her bag was stolen (tear drops) seems to have bee sorted out as she appears with another Birkin bag. Now say what you want about Paris Hilton but we all have to admit compared to Heidi, Paris is extraordinarily talented and accomplished (and has had a bank account since she was an embreyo.) Now take Heidi for instance who we can honestly say that her fame is beyond questionable. The Hermes Birkin Bag runs about $7500 which doesn't include sales tax or the 2 year waiting list. We hardly think that Hermes is desperate for press either. Therefore, we came to the conclusion that Spencer did not get her this as a faux engagement present but she is an avid yet undercover customer of Bag, Borrow or Steal (one of our favorite websites and supporter of the Handbag Awards.) That is nothing to be ashamed of which I am sure everyone would agree - the concept of renting a bag because you can't afford it or you don't want to be commited or out 4 months rent. However, we just think one should be 'honest' and just come clean which perhaps might be much too late for Miss Montag.
