Staci Rutherford studied Apparel Manufacturing Management at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles and currently resides in Philadelphia. She is the owner/buyer of handbagreport.com. She first discovered her infatuation with handbags while playing “fashion show” in her mother’s closet at the age of 13. On occasion she lends out pieces from her collection to close friends in need.
